Al Shipp
Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned technology veteran, Al joined 3VR from Apple, where he built a world-class sales and marketing group and led the Enterprise Division to be one of Apple's most profitable business units. Prior to Apple, Shipp served in senior leadership roles at Critical Path, Inktomi Corporation, BEA Systems, and IBM.
Stephen Russell
Founder and Chairman
Stephen Russell is a serial entrepreneur and investor who has founded successful companies in the enterprise IT, search and intelligent video fields. Prior to founding 3VR, Steve held leadership roles at Inktomi, USWeb/CKS and eScene Networks. A passionate writer and speaker on technology, privacy, science and society, Stephen was named No. 8 on American Venture magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40 List” in 2007. View Steve's blog: In Hard Focus.
Bob Vallone
Executive Vice President, Engineering
Prior to co-founding 3VR, Bob Vallone held roles as a senior executive and technology visionary at several leading technology companies. Most recently, Bob served as Vice President of Engineering and Operations at TiVo where he was one of the leaders responsible for creating the revolutionary personal video recording system. Prior to joining TiVo, Bob held senior positions in research and development and engineering management at HP, GO, and SGI.
Gary Kallman
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations
A security industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Gary Kallman has held executive positions at Radionics, Inc., Bosch, and Pittway Corporation. Gary joins 3VR from DMP, a privately held independent manufacturer of enterprise intrusion and access control products, where he more than doubled sales revenue within four years as VP of Sales and Marketing.
Jim Underwood
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales
Jim Underwood brings to 3VR 24years of direct sales and sales management experience, with a proven record of consultative sales and building top performing sales teams. Prior to 3VR, Jim held senior sales management positions at Sun Microsystems(Now Oracle), Sygate Technologies (Now Symantec), Critical Path, and Integrated Business Solutions.
Jim "Gator" Hudson
Vice President, CrimeDex Services
Nicknamed "Gator" by his first police chief, Jim is a decorated 23-year law enforcement veteran and nationally recognized white-collar crime expert. Seeking to improve the collaboration between law enforcement, financial and retail sectors, Jim Hudson co-founded the Amcrin Corporation in 2000 to create the CrimeDex network. Jim is a member of numerous crime and fraud investigation associations.
