Where can I get product documentation?Many user guides are available publicly on the Software Documentation page.
If you are a 3VR partner, the 3VR Integrator Support Portal has an extensive library of documentation for installation and maintenance of 3VR hybrid and network video recorders. From the main page of the Portal, click the General Documentation link.
3VR users and partners may also obtain documentation from the Installation and Resource DVD included in the shipping container with each 3VR video recorder.
What media players are supported?
3VR video files are exported in the H.264 compression format within .mp4 file format. 3VR recommends the following free or low-cost applications for viewing video associated with exported events:

3. Windows Media Player
Download the latest version of Windows Media Player here.
The 3VR codec for Windows Media Player may be required for viewing exported video in Windows Media Player, depending on which version of the Windows OS the system is running, and what codecs may have been installed previously on the system.
